Bdbajiee Terms & Conditions — please read before use

1. General Terms

Bdbajiee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These terms apply to the bdbajiee website, mobile app, and all related services.

This document is a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bdbajiee. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by each clause of this agreement.

• Bdbajiee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• A notice will be posted on the platform when changes are made, and you may also be informed via email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Although these terms are written in Bengali, the English version shall serve as the legally binding reference.

Bdbajiee services are available only to residents of regions where online betting is legally permitted or not prohibited. It is the user's sole responsibility to know and comply with their local laws.

2. Account Registration

Registration on bdbajiee is completely free. However, accurate information is required at the time of registration. bdbajiee will not be held liable if an account is terminated due to false or incorrect details.

Information required for registration:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• Date of Birth
• Password (minimum 8 characters)

Only one account may be registered per mobile number. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device or IP address, bdbajiee reserves the right to investigate.

Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bdbajiee are simple and fast. We support Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and all major mobile banking methods.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made using your own payment method only.
• Deposits made through a third party may subject your account to investigation.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements for any active bonus have not been met.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Bdbajiee regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Please read the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 15x to 30x).
• The same person may not use a single promotion more than once.
• Bdbajiee reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be subject to investigation.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bdbajiee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• If a technical issue occurs before a match begins, bdbajiee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided by bdbajiee, and the original stake will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or result manipulation is detected, all related bets will be voided.
• Odds displayed on the platform are not final — bdbajiee reserves the right to correct any errors.

All betting activity on bdbajiee is conducted fairly and transparently. Anyone found attempting to manipulate the betting system may have their account permanently suspended and any remaining funds forfeited.

6. Account Suspension & Bans

Bdbajiee may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or inaccurate personal information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the betting system.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Bdbajiee takes your personal information seriously. We will never sell your data to third parties.

• Your information is used solely to provide bdbajiee services.
• Payment information is secured on encrypted servers.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by legal obligation.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting.

9. Dispute Resolution

• If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled through an independent international arbitration body.

During an active dispute, the relevant account or transactions may be temporarily placed on hold. This is not a punitive measure — it is solely to facilitate the investigation.

10. Right to Amend

Bdbajiee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be duly notified before any changes take effect.

• For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Minor or administrative changes may be applied without prior notice.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please contact support to close your account.

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between bdbajiee and the user.
